Professor Ashish Malik serves at the Director of Executive Education at the William J. Clinton Leadership Institute.
Ashish Malik is a Professor of Human Resources Management at the Department of Organisation, Work and Leadership at Queen’s Business School. He gained his PhD in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
Professor Malik has over three decades of international experience in executive education and academic roles, including several leadership roles at institutions in New Zealand and Australia and serving learned societies in India. Professor Malik’s research and teaching have been at the intersection of technological change and the future of work and leadership, including current challenges associated with adopting disruptive AI technologies and how they affect the nature of the work, workers, and the workplace. Professor Malik has published several significant studies and a book on the impact of AI on the future of work and human resources management.
Ashish’s research has featured in several high-rank journals such as the Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, Human Resource Management (US), Human Resource Management Journal (UK), International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of International Management, Human Resource Management Review, and the British Journal of Management, among others.
Dr Faersheed Hesaraki has been a Lecturer in Business Analytics at QBS since 2019. His research is primarily in healthcare operations management, particularly focusing on systemic anti-cancer treatments. He holds four engineering degrees, along with an MBA. Faersheed also has several years of professional experience in the medical device and semiconductor industries in Iran and The Netherlands. He has been supporting executive education at the William J. Clinton Leadership Institute for the past two years, contributing to the Pg Cert Operations and Supply Chain Management.
