This programme, is designed for business owners and mid to senior level managers with some exposure to crafting and implementing organisational strategies, mid to senior level managers seeking to gain insights to keep their organisation relevant to the changing environment with a dual focus (i.e., to protect and improve business performance) and business leaders who strive to be more proactive in implementing new ideas, staying ahead of the competition, and by learning to thrive amid adversity.
This is a 3 day blended learning programme. Two mornings are expertly delivered online from our live, interactive classroom, and experience two days are on campus at The William J. Clinton Leadership Institute at Riddel Hall, Queen’s University Belfast.
