Enda Young

Enda is a highly experienced trainer and experiential learning facilitator with an accomplished background spanning fifteen years. Enda delivers a range of executive education programmes nationally and internationally. Enda is the lead Programme Director on the Aspiring Leaders and Negotiation & Influencing Skills programmes. Enda helps companies to build and optimise their leadership capabilities, driving organisational performance through their people. Enda is a negotiation and conflict resolution specialist and is particularly interested in improving resilience, leadership and communication skills to empower leaders through challenging times.
